A screening of YANNUN YANNUN (2003), GWFZ’s soundtrack-driven, docu-nightmare echoing the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian West Bank. A project originally conceived as an audio-visual improvised performance that later found its film shape, it fuses original footage taken by activists in the Occupied Palestinian Territories with minimalist experimental electronica.

Also, opening the evening with a rare live set will be PLURALS. The band formed in 2007 and consists of Dave Hamilton-Smith, Mike Neaves and Daniel W J Mackenzie.

They create improvised music and sound using a variety of instruments and sources including guitar, synthesisers, voice, tape machines, radio, sonified objects,pedals and feedback systems.
